After becoming a parent, I wanted a way to train from home that actually fit around real life. I didn’t want to rely on commercial gyms or spend hours away from my family just to stay fit and strong. But like most people, I found myself saving random workouts from social media and jumping between different apps trying to make it all work. One app focused only on kettlebells. Another was just calisthenics. Others needed full gym setups. I couldn’t find anything that combined everything into one simple system for training at home. So I built one.
